2014 World Cup: Arsene Wenger warns Portugal, Germany against 'deadly' Ghana

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has warned Germany and Portugal not to underrate Ghana at the 2014 World Cup.

The Frenchman believes the Black Stars have capable of causing major upsets against their overly regimented opponents in Group G.

Ghana's campaign begins against USA on 16 June in Natal before meeting Germany and Portugal.

'Germany and Portugal might be the favourites, but be careful of Ghana!' Wenger wrote in his Eurosport World Cup preview.

'They almost reached the semi-finals in South Africa. They have a good team.'
