Johannesburg's Urban Search and Rescue teams have resumed efforts to find victims believed to be buried underneath the rubble of a collapsed building in Power Park in Soweto.
It is unclear how many people could still be trapped, sniffer dogs will be used to identify further victims who may be trapped.
One person died on Wednesday and five others were rescued and taken to hospital.
Emergency Services says the rescue teams will have to first work on stabilising the structure before entering.
This is because the collapsed building is considered too dangerous for further rescue attempts.
Once the structure has been stabilised, sniffers dog together with the urban rescue workers will try to find the men.
Worried family members who say their loved ones didn't return from "work" yesterday put the number of victims at least ten people.
Meanwhile, the body of the man who died is yet to be retrieved from the rubble.
