Pistorius's state of mind under the spotlight

JOHANNESBURG – After 30 days of psychiatric observation at the Weskoppies psychiatric facility, the Pretoria High Court will on Monday hear details of murder accused Oscar Pistorius’s mental health.
 
The gripping murder trial, which started in March, has seen detailed evidence of the night the Paralympian shot and killed his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp presented to court.

" So the interesting issue is: does he have an anxiety disorder and does he have diminished capacity? "
