Intercontinental Distillers Limited, makers of Squadron Dark Rum and Action Bitters, one of the sponsors for Lafftamazz “The Evolution” thrilled excited fans at the Comedy show which was organized during the Easter celebration by Gbenga Adeyinka D 1st in Ibadan.
The show which was the 4th in the series kicked off with the dramatic entrance of Gbenga Adeyinka on a throne carried by 4 hefty men amidst fanfare. Acts like Alibaba, Julius Agwu, Okey Bakasi, Lepacious Bose, Omobaba, Peteru, Kenny Black, Obama cracked the ribs of guests. Continue
It was a rich blend of the old and the new school of comedians. Music was not left out as Pizzywizzle, Jaywon, Adetoun, Wande Coal, MI, 9ice, Tuface, brought the roof down with their scintillating performances. Various cocktails of Squadron Dark Rum and Action Bitters were served the guests who also had the chance to win gifts from the Squadron Dark Rum corner.
The Brand Manager Squadron Zekeri Dokpesi said that the brand‘s participation was to expose the new look of its 10cl & 18cl to the South West (of which Ibadan is the hub).
He also emphasized the brand‘s commitment to always bringing fun and excitement to their customers at all times especially during festive periods.
Gbenga Adeyinka, the organizer thanked the sponsors for their support without which he said the event would be impossible to organize. He also said from the gains of organizing the show he would support the Nyanya bomb blast victims with N500,000.
