Stephen Keshi warns Nigeria players: Mess up, go home
Stephen Keshi has warned his players that they must all give 110 percent or be on the plane home, rather than Brazil.
Keshi has named a 30-man squad, which he will cut to 23 within the next week, and he is expected to name a somewhat weakened side against Scotland as he looks to run the rule over his uncertainties.
And the former Nigeria captain is convinced the players will give everything, but warns of dire consequences if they do not.
"I don't think any player here will give less than hundred percent. They have over 150 million Nigerians to play for.
"It doesn't matter who gets picked, they must give everything. You mess up, you go home," Keshi said matter-of-factly.
The Super Eagles take on Scotland in London in the first of their three pre-World Cup friendlies.
Kick-off is at 8pm Nigeria time and the game is live on SuperSport 3.
