Nyanya blast: Jonathan in crucial security meeting, WEF top agenda.

Apparently disturbed by Thursday night’s bomb explosion at Nyanya, Abuja, President Goodluck Jonathan is holding a marathon security meeting with the Service Chiefs and other heads of relevant government agencies.
The fresh bomb blast has so far claimed 19 lives and left about 66 persons injured.
It will be recalled that there was a bomb blast at the same Nyanya barely three weeks ago, which left 75 persons dead and over 200 injured.
It is also believed that the upcoming World Economic Forum is top on the agenda of the marathon security meeting as the coordinator of the global event and former Minister of Information, Frank Nweke, was seen entering the venue of the meeting.
The security meeting, which started at 11am, went on break by 1.45 pm to enable Muslims go for the Jumat prayer, and reconvened at 4pm.
It is still ongoing as at the time of filling this report.
In attendance are Vice President Mohammed Namadi Sambo and the Minister of Defence, General Aliyu Gusau (rtd).
Others are the Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshall Alex Sabundu Badeh; the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Kenneth Tobia Minimah; the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshall Ademola Nunayon Amosu; the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Usman Jibrin; the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar; the National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki (rtd); and the Director General of the Department of State Service, Ita Ekpeyong.
Also attending the meeting are the Ministers of Interior, Abba Moro; State for FCT, Oloye Jumoke Akinjide; Industry, Trade and Investment, Olusegun Aganga; State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr Samuel Ortom; and Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala
