South Africa : Jub Jub caught having sex with visitor in jail

Incarcerated rapper Jub Jub has been transferred to a much harsher jail, after he was allegedly caught having sex in a prison office.
According to the Sunday Sun, Jub Jub, real name Molemo Maarohanye, was recently moved from the comfortable Johannesburg Prison, which has even been named after holiday resort Sun City, to the Leeuwkop Correction Centre.

Sources claim that a recent, very loud romping session between Jub Jub and a female visitor was the last straw for prison officials, who are fed up with the ongoing special treatment the convicted murderer is said to enjoy in prison

The incident reportedly took place before an awards ceremony to honour offenders who had achieved well academically, where Jub Jub was scheduled to perform.

"The loud screams and raunchy sounds gave them away and they were caught in action," a source told the publication, while an anonymous inmate added: "He was removed from his cell - kicking and screaming - and taken to Leeuwkop prison.

"Jub Jub gets preferential treatment. I've been cleaning in the offices of the prison, but I'm still treated like an animal."

Zodwa Mtsweni from the Department of Correctional Services has however, denied that Jub Jub was set to perform, or punished for his indecent behaviour

Said Mtsweni: "Offender Molemo Maarohanye was not scheduled to entertain the audience," she told thePeople's Paper.

"The transfer of offender Molemo Maarohanye to Leeuwkop Maximum was part of an overcrowding management process. Therefore, it has no bearing on allegations that he was transferred due to an alleged incident."
