THIS is without doubt one of the worst things the Internet has ever produced.
A petition has been launched demanding Jay-Z and Beyoncé take better care of their daughter Blue Ivy's HAIR.
Nearly 4,000 people have signed up to the bizarre online petition on change.org.
"As a woman who understands the importance of hair care," the petition reads.
"It's disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture.
"The parents of Blue Ivy. Sean Carter A.K.A Jay-Z and Beyoncé has failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy Hair.
"This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls.
"Please let's get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy hair."
The petition was started by Jasmine Toliver from Brooklyn, New York, who has since claimed it was simply a joke.
One user commented: "Maybe we need to petition for a life for Jasmine Toliver."
Writing on Facebook Ms Toliver said: "People just need to breathe and chill out."
