#Fatkini reinvents the 'selfies'

JOHANNESBURG – Gone are the days of toned bodies being the only ones going viral on social media.

Women around the world are embracing #Fatkini, a hashtag that encourages them to strut their beautiful, real bikini bodies.

With summer approaching, women -- especially those who have come to be known as "plus-size" -- face tremendous pressure to lose a few kilos.

As South Africa celebrates Women’s Month, #Fatkini could be a fitting tribute to those sisters.
